What do you love most about your job?
I love connecting with my clients, having the ability to calm their fears in regards to the unknown which is emigration to New Zealand. I find that simply talking through each concern they have and giving them the emotional support they require very rewarding. But the best part is the call confirming their visas have been approved.
What do you see as the most important thing that you as a New Zealand Immigration Adviser Based in the UK do for your clients?
There is only a handful of New Zealand immigration advisers based in the UK, so it's essential that I am approachable and easy to contact. As such, I pride myself on being the person who is responsible for everything from the initial assessment through to making that happy call to tell you that your visa is ready!
There are a few key areas to my job and I can sum them up by saying:
- I always ensure I have covered all bases and advocated in every way possible for a client.
- Immigration to New Zealand is complex so knowing all the requirements for the appropriate category ensures that my clients are in the best possible hands.
- Taking the stress away from the complexity of emigration is the key. The client can then focus on all the other aspects involved in moving halfway across the world.
Sarah Hewitt was our immigration consultant. I would recommend her anytime. She was always available to answer all our questions and concerns. Her attention to detail made the application process less stressful and successful in the end. Sarah definitely made our journey to get to New Zealand easier. Thank you, you are your worth your weight in gold. Vicky Wolmarans
